1. The ALKtech x MSI "Lucky Around the World" Giveaway Campaign (collectively, “Contest”) is organised by ALKtech (“ALKtech”). 

2. This Contest will be carried out via a post on ALKtech's Instagram page (each, a “Contest Post”) during the contest period appended below in Clause 4 (“Contest Period”) and is open to all members of the public aged 18 years and above who reside in Singapore with a valid Singapore shipping address (each, a “Participant”). 

3. In order to qualify for this Contest, the Participant must satisfy all the following conditions: 

a) Follow ALKtech’s Instagram page; and 
b) Answer the question in the Contest post correctly by posting the correct answer in the comments section of the said post, and also like the Contest post.

4. During the Contest Period, two (2) Participants who have fulfilled all the Contest Prerequisites will be selected by ALKtech (each, a “Winner”). The Winner will win one (1) of the following prizes (“Prize”):

ALKtech will not accept responsibility for any Entry that is lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

6. ALKtech will notify the Winner via a Direct Message to the Winner’s Instagram account from which the Winner’s Entry was submitted, with information on how to claim the Prize. Each Winner will then be required to submit their relevant contact details (including the Winner’s full name, email address and shipping address) and will be given information on how to claim the Prize. If no valid response is received from any Winner within five (5) Singapore working days from the time the Direct Message was sent, the Prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected instead.

7. By participating in the Contest, each Participant represents and warrants that their Entry consists only of their own original work, and does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

8. By participating in the Contest, each Participant agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions, ALKtech’s Privacy Policy (collectively, “ALKtech Terms & Conditions”). Non-compliance with or breach of any of these ALKtech Terms and Conditions may result in the Participant being disqualified at any stage of the ALKtech Giveaway Contests, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.

9. By participating in the Contest, each Participant agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including their Instagram username, name, email address and shipping address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by ALKtech for the purposes of the Contest and the Prize, including to communicate with the Winner on collection of the Prize. All collection, use and disclosure of Participant’s personal data will be in accordance with ALKtech’s Privacy Policy (available online at https://www.alktech.co/privacy-notice).

10. By accepting the Prize, each Participant agrees to grant ALKtech an exclusive, transferrable, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide and royalty-free license to publish, repost, use, or modify their Qualifying Entry in any manner and for any purpose ALKtech deems fit, without any further notification, remuneration, or compensation to any Participant.

11. All decisions made by ALKtech, in respect to any matter relating to this Contest, including the choice of the Winner, shall be final. ALKtech reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions, terminate or otherwise amend this Contest without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

12. ALKtech reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry.

13. Employees of ALKtech, their immediate families, affiliates, subsidiaries, related agencies, principal sponsors and suppliers associated with this campaign are not eligible to participate in the ALKtech Giveaway Contests. Corporations and other artificial persons are not eligible to participate in the ALKtech Giveaway Contests.

14. The Prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and shall not be transferred to another individual.

15. To the extent permitted under applicable law, ALKtech will not be responsible or liable for any consequences that any Participant may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss, injury or disappointment) by entering the Contest or the Participant’s acceptance of any prize.

16. Unless otherwise specified, ALKtech is not responsible for and will not bear any, and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in the Contest and/or with the use or redemption of the Prize.

17. The Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes (including but not limited to, federal, state, local and/or income) on their Prize.

18. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
